Unable to hover over the OreUI elements on touch

      If you will slide the finger on regular JSON UI elements, you will be able to hover over them. If you will try to do the same thing with OreUI screens, the elements will not be highlighted.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any OreUI screen.
      2. Try to slide the finger over the elements (buttons, toggles, etc.).
      3. See the result.
