Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a log:
   You get the recipe for log > planks;
2. Craft planks;
   You get the recipe for wood > planks;
3. Get the wood:
   The recipe is already unlocked.

Observed Resuts:
You unlock all alternative recipes when you craft the item.

Expected Results:
You only unlock the alternative recipes when you get the alternative ingredients.
