Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Recipe Unlocking experiment;
2. Unlock any recipe that uses planks;
3. Get any of the original six types of planks:
   A toast shows up to say that the item can be used in existing recipes;
4. Get any of the most recent types of planks (crimson, warped, mangrove, bamboo, cherry).

Observed Results:
You only get a toast for new recipes.
Expected Results:
You get a secondary toast announcing their uses in existing recipes after the first.
