I hear my character running when I'm standing in the nether portal during the "Generating World" screen"

      Observed Behaviour:
      Everytime I get in the nether portal, I can hear my character running while I am standing inside he nether portal and "Generating World" screen in on. My character can be heard running on deepslate tiles which is what my base in nether is made of.

      Expected Behaviour:
      My character should not be heard running while standing still in the lit nether portal as I get in.
