Summary:

Tried to increase crawl speed using pants enchanted with swift sneak ||| in the pants, but the velocity did not change, being a parity error

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition with trial crouch activated 
2. Choose some pants, enchant them with Swift Sneak and wear the pants 
3. Enter a 1x1 height space

Observed Results:

The game will not match the enchantment in the same way as the Java version of the game, as if there is no enchantment at all, making the character walk at normal speed instead of going faster 

Expected Results:

The character should crawl faster when using the enchanted pants, just like the java version
