I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong since this has never happened to me. Whenever I upload a custom skin, it wouldn't apply like it normally does anymore. I've even tried reinstalling the game, however, nothing happened. Whenever I upload a skin, it would always say "That's not a Minecraft skin, silly." 

I've tried it with other skins as well yet, it's all the same results.
