Summary

When opening Book and Quill and Written Book no animation of "using the item" is shown on the hand in the 1st and 3rd person view

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new world or load into one
2. Open the creative inventory and get a Book and Quill
3. Open the Book and Quill
4. Write something on it and sign it
5. Do it the same in 3rd person

Observed Results

When opening the Book and Quill for the first and second time in 1st person view the animation is shown, however in the 3rd person view no animation is shown and the third time and beyond the animation doesn't happen anymore.
The Written Book does have the same issue and also doesn't show any animation at all after being signed

Expected Results

When opening the Book and Quill and Written Book should always shown the hand animation in 1st and 3rd person just like it is on Java Edition
