Bedrock server version: 1.19.73.02 running on Ubuntu  22.04.2 LTS.

Client is running on Windows 10 and one on Windows 11.

For the 4th time, we have witnessed a village disappear as we approach it. Its there in the distance as we can see with the spyglass, but as we approach the buildings closest to the player completely disappear leaving empty ground. As we move closer, the next set of building disappear until its all gone.
