I've been having a graphical issue and from what it looks like it might be an issue in game and not a video card issue as I feared before when I started noticing it.

When breaking/placing blocks with a light source near or the lightsource block itself, there's chances that there will be a black flicker. With smooth lighting turned on, it looks like artefacting but with it turned off I saw it happen on a select few blocks. I sense it might be the game updating the light levels as the flicker is very fast but it's very distracting and has been scaring me that maybe my GPU has been going bad (RTX 3070 with latest drivers). The problem happens on both local offline worlds and in realms

I cannot pinpoint when the issue started happening but i've definitely had it for months. I tried getting support but nothing so far has been useful in fixing the issue. I was redirected here to report it as a bug.

In the attachements I have provided a visual for the issue.
