Same issue as Java's MC-261487 and MC-260061.

Z-fighting occurs on the sniffers' heads and ears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon a sniffer inside the fences.
2. Switch to spectator mode.
3. Look at the back of its head and its ears.
4. Take note as to whether or not z-fighting occurs on the sniffers' heads and its ears.

Expected Result
No z-fighting would occur.

Observed Result
Z-fighting is present.
