Potentially corruption based world issues, but world still usable. Feels like risk of losing it.

So a while back I was playing my 1.3 GB world on xbox and I noticed the auto save icon was appearing way more frequently than it usually would, my world started lagging and when I left the world it would tell me "failed to sync world" it also did this with a few other worlds, all around it concerned me considering my main survival world was a two year old world at that time. I tried a few things to see if they would fix it but they didn't, and I eventually went to a friend's house, we didn't have internet in our house at that time so I went to get the game updated and see if that would fix it, It of course, did not. Well, I noticed there was two versions of Minecraft on my Xbox, so I thought it was odd. I bet you can guess what I did. I uninstalled both and reinstalled one. You may have experience with people who did this and remember that it deletes some of your worlds. Well, fortunately I was a lucky one who managed to reobtain the worlds when I went to another friend's house a week later, but the same issue was still there, except I noticed a new detail, the worlds that had disappeared when I uninstalled the other version were the ones having the Save world Icon. I basically quit playing Minecraft and went to ark for a while thinking maybe the issue would resolve itself. Well, several months later I went to a friend's house again and got the game updated and was showing off some of the things I have on there when the game kicked me off and said something about too much space being taken up with the whole corrupted looking background. I kinda shrugged it off because I've been putting up with similar issues every time I try to fix it. I got home and loaded in, and it took a long time to sync but it still loaded, though I had input lag like crazy. I logged off and tried to delete a backup (which all has the same issue btw) to see if that fixed the whole issue (hadn't really tried to deal with storage before) The input lag was solved but still had the other problems. I have two more ideas for attempting to solve this problem, one of them is consulting reddit, as I'm doing right now, the other is trying to call Minecraft customer support. Basically I'm spitballing, trying to see if someone on Reddit had a similar issue and was able to fix it before I go to Mojang, I'll give some details below.  The version is bedrock as you've seen.  Don't know the exact version it started on, but it's still being an issue at 1.19.73 and I believe it started after the initial 1.19 release.  It's on Xbox one.  I had something like 9.2 GB of space used before I deleted a backup and 7.9 after.  When I say backup mean a copy of the world.  When problems started I was making a honey farm with lots of bees and just before that I had made a custom designed villager hall with 180 entities including minecarts being used (within render of the beefarm, not sim distance though) Before that I had made a big iron farm, so lots of entities.  When loading off the attempt to sync takes a long time.  Likely not update focused because when it started I was at home with no internet, but something odd could of happened, so if you have a suggestion that has to do with and update, maybe it's still useful.  That thing about storage had happened at least three times, but I don't remember if they all had the same text, I just know I got kicked off, the background was purple and black squares, and the next time I loaded it, it took an extra long amount of time to sync the world to my account, but each and every time I still was in the same place as when it kicked me.  Odd detail, only in the storage menu do I see a backup version that's only 25.3 MB, when I look for it in the world list it isn't there. I think I may have made this when trying to make a save after the issues began.  I doubt anyone will be able to help but any idea will be appreciated. I'll provide any other details as needed. Sorry if I didn't perfectly abide by the rules, this is my first time trying, and also sorry if I wasn't clear about something, just ask and I'll clarify.
