Suffocation damage received when standing on certain blocks. No cause has been found. Dying through this method appears as damage at the rate of beinf on fire. Bubbles appear on the hotbar. When dying, the game says you fell a long distance

Steps to Reproduce:
1.- Travel to coordinates 193, 255, -173
2.- Build a platform as shown, made of oak wood planks
3.- In survival mode, step on block 193, 255, -174.  Alternatively step on any of the blocks that have redwood over them. Player is facing -Z axis
4.- To clip through a block, step on the block 196, 255, -173 with half of your earths, eat a cooked mutton

Observed Results:
1.- Taking damage when stepping on any of the blocks mentioned
2.- Clipping into a block as shown in the picture

Expected Results:
1.-Not taking damage
2.- Not clipping through the block
