Before the 1.19.70 hotfix persona skinpacks worked perfectly fine but now for a unknown reason it wont show more than 11 slots when i have 16.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download or create any Minecraft custom (persona) skin pack that haves more than 10 skins, then add it to Minecraft.
2. Go to the skin menu, look for the skins.
Observed Results:
You can not see all the slots that are supposed to show.
Expected Results:
It should show all of the slots.

Note:

All of the jsons are correctly made and verified.
