Reloading the world causes signs and hanging signs to use incorrect texture in editing screen

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable the Next Major Update experimental toggle;
      2. Place any sign that's not made from oak;
      3. Try to edit it;
      4. Quit the world and enter again;
      5. Try to edit the sign.

      Observed Results:
      Upon reload, every sign will display the oak sign texture, regardless of which type of wood it's actually made of.

      Expected Results:
      The editing screen always matches the type of sign that's being edited.
