when you press both the up and down arrow while flying in creative mode the player does not sneak. This can be seen in 3rd person. The actually functionality of sneaking also doesn't work while flying, when trying to place a block while trying to sneak when flying it opens the ui of the block(like if you were trying to place a block on top of a chest, barrel, etc).
