An unfamiliar UI is constantly displayed, and when that UI is switched off, neither the HUD nor the arms are visible. You can only see the world in front of you. Switching to a different world did not change anything, I did not press F1 and I also switched off the Hide HUD. Other than that, there were no other problems.
