Summary:
The animation of the appearance of TNT during brushing is completely absent in Bedrock compared to Java.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the attached world TEST.mcworld.
2. Brush the Suspicious Sand/Suspicious Gravel block placed in front of you.

Observed results:
There is no TNT spawn animation.

Expected results:
TNT spawn animation will be in bedrock as well as in java.
