When switching to survival mode or adventure mode with a command, enable the ability command Mayfly, and then if you switch to creative mode with Mayfly disabled, you will not be able to fly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Change the game mode to Survival or Adventure mode by command.

2. Enable the ability command Mayfly.

3.After enabling, disable Mayfly with the command.

4.Switch game mode to creative mode.

Observed Results:

You can no longer fly even if you press the jump button (space key) twice.

Expected Results:

When you switch to creative mode, you have to re-enable Mayfly.
