Player name tags are no longer visible behind walls

      In prior versions and Java, players' name tags on a multiplayer world can be seen through walls. Since 1.19.70, this has been completely disabled with no indication in the patch notes.

      image-2023-03-14-16-57-37-515.png is on 1.19.70; image-2023-03-14-16-59-53-203.png is on 1.19.63. Both are on Playground in the Galaxite server, though this has also been found on other servers.

      To reproduce:

      1. Join a multiplayer server
      2. Attempt to view a player's name from a spot covered by another block
      3. ! The name is partially obstructed

      Expected: the name can be seen
