Yesterday I reloaded a game I saved a week ago. The thumbnail showed me where I was when I saved it which was correct. When loaded I was back at spawned point and my inventory was empty apart from having a relocation map. I lost all my fully enchanted netherite armour, weapons, tools, diamonds and emeralds I was in possession of. XP was back at zero. My ender chest was also empty.

I decided to create a new set of fully enchanted diamond armour, weapons, tools and take my elytra so I can fly home from the nether.

Once I was finished in the nether and coming back through the portal carrying items in a schulker box I was transported back to where my game was saved a week ago with all my original netherite gear, XP and ender chest items. However all of my enchanted diamond gear I created, elytra and schulker box of items had disappeared. The diamonds used to make the gear had gone as, I thought that might of reset.

I decided to go back to the nether with a schulker box full of weapons and armour and return back through the portal to the overworked and the schulker box and items were gone. 

Another aspect of this bug is that every time this bug happens, I lose my impaling V enchanted tridents in my trident milling machine that needs to be replaced.

I am concerned playing at the moment because it takes a long time to get ancient debris and diamonds plus the XP to enchanted all these items only for them to disappear when loading the game or re-entering the portal back to the overworked. This same bug has occurred today too!
