The new brush has a durability of 64, however the way the durability on a brush works on Bedrock Edition are different. The brush used up the durability when used to dig or mine it, but not when brushing suspicious sand.

Step to Reproduce
1. Use the brush on a suspicious sand by brushing it.
2. Pay attention on the durability.
3. Try again but use it to break blocks instead of brushing.

Observed Result
The brush's durability is used up incorrectly by breaking or mining blocks and is not used up by brushing suspicious sand.

Expected Result
The brush's durability should be used up for only brushing suspicious sand successfully instead.
