When the sniffer is digging for seeds, it doesn't play the digging particles at all.

Step to Reproduce
1. Spawn some sniffers.
2. Use this event command so the sniffer will look for the seeds.
/event entity @e[type=sniffer] on_scenting_success
3. Pay attention to the animation when the sniffer dug with its head to the ground.

Observed Result
No digging particles are playing here.

Expected Result
The digging particles should be playing.
