Hanging signs are a block?? or same as normal signs??

      This happened when we, everyone in the video, shoot a hanging sign

      Me and my friends tested if the hanging signs operates as an normal sign (when shoot at the arrow passes through)

      Meanwhile the hanging sign had a mix of the normal sign? And a block?
