(Bug has been present even wayyy before 1.19)

Sand currently isn't as shaded/doesn't have that much shadow as other blocks in the game. Here are some other blocks for comparison. The shadow in sand appears to be noticeably lighter compared to gravel, powerdered concrete, and snow.

Expected Result:

Sand should be just as shaded/have as much shadow as all of the other blocks.
