Villagers, Witches, and Wandering Traders do not have a sitting animation in boats and minecarts

      Issue : Villager,Witch and Wandering Trader does not have sit animation in boat and minecart.
      Expected Results : Villager,Witch and Wandering Trader should have sit animation in boat and minecart.

      Reproduce issues :
      1.Spawn the mobs that affect.
      2.Make it sit into boat/minecart.
      3.As u can see they don't have sit animation in boat and minecart.
