Amethyst geodes are still commonly appearing on the ocean floor. I believe I read somewhere that Mojang had worked to better conceal them from the surface, though I forget what their solution previously was... I think it was either an attempt to cap geodes from naturally forming above a certain height, adjusting how the ocean floor spawn around it, or a combination of both. As I said I forget which. Anyhow, whatever the attempt was it isn't working. here are the cords of two geodes in close proximity to one another, that are both on the ocean floor, and very apparent from the surface. I don't have a print/screen button on my Laptop, and thus I have no way of taking a picture on Minecraft Bedrock. Hopefully, as there are several small Laptops on the market without one, Mojang will eventually notice this & add the screen capture function to the list of controls that players are allowed to set to another key.
