Full shipwrecks that are supposed to have three chests are only generating with the map chest.  Use seed Macroscopic to verify.  There is a full shipwreck just under the ice at 25, 233, there is also a half ship that should have generated 2 chests at -69, 505.  Only the map chest is generating.
