Issue : Phantom and bees get pulled by rideable entities
Expected Results : Phantom and bees should not get pulled by rideable entities.

Phantom and bees should follow bat data properties where bat cannot be pulled by rideable entities because it is a flying mobs.

Reproduce issues :
1.Place boat/minecart
2.Spawn phantom/bees
3.Reproduce issue
