My friend constantly has this issue whenever he joins a world before moving his camera or when he teleports.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join world and wait for it to load/Get teleported.

Whats supposed to happen:

   Normal looking vignette and fog.

Whats not supposed to happen:

   Abnormal looking vignette and fog.
