I got on minecraft today to play with my cousins, one of my cousins plays on Pc and my other cousin plays on Mobile. My cousin with the pc was able to join my world without any complications but my cousin with mobile , could not, i’ve been at this problem for hours and i’ve tried everything. I’ve tried different accounts, i’ve tried using different phones, i’ve contacted help on both mojang and microsoft/xbox, and I’ve done everything they’ve told me to do, nothing works at all, finally they told me to come here. It’s not the accounts, i’ve tried using it on both pc and xbox and they work absolutely fine, not her phone, but also i’ve tried on my phone , it doesn’t work no matter the account. I’ve attempted the privacy settings and nothing at all again. I’ve run out of things to try to do and it’s aggravating i can’t play with them because it just won’t work on mobile. I don’t have any attachments of any sort , but attempting to join on mobile just says unable to connect, and attempting to join to the mobile world on pc or xbox says the same things. I don’t know what to do anymore.
