The entire sky is currently taking on the fog color.

Expected behavior: Fog only usually impacts the sky's horizon - the rest of the sky remains clear. (See: screenshot 1, taken in 1.19.50)

Actual behavior: The fog color impacts the entire sky, not just the horizon. This is particularly noticeable during sunset/sunrise. (See: screenshot 2, taken in 1.19.60.22)
