When a minecart is placed on a block being pushed and pulled by a sticky piston, the minecart often sinks below the piston when it extends and teleports back in place when retracting.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Place a sticky piston facing up with a block on it (Make sure it is suspended around 10 blocks in the air)
2. Place another block on top of the block and place a rail on it, place a minecart on that rail and break the block
3. Activate the piston with a button

Observed Results
The minecart phases through the piston when extending and teleports back in place when retracting

Expected Result
The minecart moves up and down with the piston.
