I can not host a minecraft world with marketplace content like resource packs or behaviour packs on Xbox series S

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load a world with resource packs and/or behaviour packs purchased from the minecraft marketplace
2. Invite someone that does not own the resource packs or behaviour packs
3. The invited person tries joining the game

Observed Results:

When someone that does not own the resources packs or behaviour packs their downloading packs bar stays at 0% and me the hosts game crashes

Expected Results:

Other people to join my game without me crashing

Notes:

This bug started about 3 weeks ago and i dont get any errors messages my game just crashes
