Problem:

Hasitem selector does not detect custom item’s durability/data value.

Expected Behavior:

Hasitem data selector recognizes custom item’s with durability/data instead of only recognizing custom items with the value of 0.{}

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create any custom item with the durability component
2. Observe hasitem selector only recognizes custom items with data value of 0
