Observed: flying machines are stopping when over fresh bamboo.

Replicate: build a flying machine and place fresh bamboo under it and it will not move, and if you break the fresh bamboo it will then work again.
Also, if the flying machine is small enough the bamboo shoot will attach to the flying machine as if it was a whole block. it can then break normal solid bamboo. It will only break off into an item if it meets a non-movable block or if water gets under the shoot.

whats expected: It is expected that baby bamboo should not attach to flying machines or stop them from going on their way.
