The bug

Parrots will only produce guardian imitation sounds for elder guardians, not regular guardians. They do do this, however, in Java Edition.

To reproduce

Place some parrots down, and some guardians in water. Observe that there are no imitation sounds from the parrots. Place an elder guardian in the water, and observe that the parrots will now produce imitation sounds.
