in previous versions of Minecraft, there were sound loading issues where it would take multiple seconds to load a sound file after something tries to play it. now, it has worsened to the point that in order for new sounds to load, you have to do something that causes the "MOJANG" loading screen to pop up, such as opening the nintendo switch's Home Menu, then going back to the game.

EDIT 11/23/2022: I even attempted to completely reinstall the game, this issue is still happening. please do something or at the very least acknowledge this

(I cannot share a video, as exiting to the Home Menu breaks up switch replay clips.)

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Launch Minecraft, and load up a world with no custom content
      2. Do something that should play a sound effect (break a block, take some steps, etc)
      3. No sound will play, and pressing the home button and going back to the game will cause a loading screen where all the sounds that were supposed to play earlier to play in sequence quickly.
      4. Further sounds that hadnt played yet in this session would require that you cause said loading screen again for them to actually play.
      Observed Results:
The sound effects do not load until the MOJANG loading screen comes up.
      Expected Results:
The sounds should load and play nearly immediately when something makes a noise.
