I've had Minecraft for about four months on my Xbox Series S. It worked perfectly for most of that time, but starting about two weeks ago, the game has started crashing when I go through nether portals. It doesn't matter if I'm going into or out of the nether. I've tried moving the portals to break the link and then rebuilding them in roughly the same spot. This seemed to help for a few days, but the problem has returned.

It happens about 25% of the times that I go through portals. Luckily the game autosaves on Xbox Series S, so when I reload the game, I'm usually back at the portal where it crashed, and going the same portal never crashes the game twice. However, sometimes items in my inventory will disappear after the game crashes.
