Evertime I join a world that has me download packs that go into the cached data folder, the cached data will get cleared every single time minecraft gets closed.

Both me and others I play with on other types of xbox, such as Xbox one, Xbox one S, and Xbox series X, seem to have this problem regardless of the world or packs, and even for realms, and other devices such as phones or computers don't appear to have the data be cleared either, only Xboxs. 

No mater what we do the cached data gets cleared regardless the second Minecraft gets fully closed. Requiring us to have to re-download all of the packs again evertime we join a world
