Cannot select Y coordinate for Structure Block when using a controller

      When I tried to save a massive build I made, I was unable to manipulate or change the Y coordinate within the Structure Block. It was working fine in earlier versions and every video covering the Structure Block in Bedrock Edition showed that changing the Y value is possible.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use a controller
      2. Place and open a Structure Block
      3. Try to select the Y coordinate

      Observed Results:
      You are unable to select the Y coordinate.

      Expected Results:
      You should be able to.
