Going back to the overworks will lag you and teleport you to nether back

       For somehow when I went to the nether to get some glowstone dust and finally got it I decided to go to the overworld and somehow it lagged me to make everything looks X-ray and teleports me back in the nether and for somehow it got stuck in the building terrain then I closed the game and it fixed but teleported me into a random place suffocating
