Dear Minecraft Support, We are still unable to get into any of our worlds on minecraft. This is ever since the latest update was done which I understand was moving from one server to another. Please can you let me know how to resolve this. My son has worked very hard on creating spectacular worlds / cities etc and now cant play in them or create more.
He told me that it is too hard to think about not seeing his worlds ever again.
Please can you let us know how to fix this. It is not an over heating issue, it was an issue with the update. attached are the messages we get when trying to log on..
