When a banner is placed on the other side of glass or nether portal it is not affected by the color or transparency of the block. This issue seems to be only with the Quadral pack from the minecraft store. Reapplying and refreshing the pack does not fix the issue. This has persisted since I bought Quadral in 1.18.
