When getting the new Character Creator items, all is well until you equipped them all at once. The Outer Wear item becomes less good looking and looks 100% different. The trailer for the new Halloween marketplace event showed it working properly.

1. Collect the skeleton mask and cloak character creator items.
2. equip all at once.

Expected Results:

It looks awesome and all is well.

It changes the look of outer wear.
