Scrollbar in GUIs is hard to interact with

      Previously, swiping your inventory into a double chest simply swiped the screen up and down. With this new version (1.19.40) it is no longer possible.Now I have to press the slider and it's hard to use. This makes it impractical and unpleasant, plus a lot of time is wasted trying to press the bar that doesn't work properly. To go down you must press down and to go up you must press up, if you press it backwards or to the center of the bar, it does not work.
