Doors drop as item when mined in creative mode

      When breaking a door while looking at the top half, it drops as an item.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go into creative mode
      2. Place a door or find a naturally generated one
      3. Look at the top half of the door and break it
      4. It should drop as an item
