Im trying to use command blocks and signs. But for some reason it always pops up an on screen keyboard that makes it much more difficult to tell if ive used certain characters and commands correctly. Before i used to be able to see the commands on the command block interface as i typed, now i have to type it all in, and press enter on the onscreen keyboard before i can see if its even remotely correct. Not to mention, if its not correct and i try to re-enter the text screen using the on screen keyboard, it highlights everything and i end up losing the progress ive made with said command blocks or signs. And the signs are another topic all togther. Before, what im assuming with the latest update, i used to be able to see the sign itself. Meaning if a line of text didnt fit, it would readjust itself to the next line. Now it tells me i can type upwards of ~1000 characters per line? That doesnt help me when im trying to keep everything nice and neat for signs. Especially when im trying out and testing making worlds and commands for my friends. So if there is a work around for people like me, who rely on being able to see the text in the interfaces as we type and not on the onscreen keyboard, please let me know. Or at least give us the option to disable the on screen keyboard in the setting menu. And yes ive tried using the xbox console companion to turn off the onscreen keyboard, and that didnt do anything to fix it. Thank you.
