After the latest update on Xbox series X, When I launch minecraft, the On screen narrator comes on, and asks me if I want to turn it off or not. I have managed to get passed this into the main menu once. However when I am on the narrator screen or the main menu screen, the controller does not work, the only buttons that work is the Y button to change users and the left analogue stick. 

I have tried reinstalling the game, Removing my account from the console and done a factory reset on the console. I have also tried using another controller with the xbox, and I cannot fix the issue. 

Upon trying minecraft on my partners xbox account, everything works perfectly, which leads me to believe that my account is the issue. 

I have also signed into minecraft on my PC and made sure all the controller settings have been reset to default, and this has not solved the issue. This has not been an issue until after the most recent update.
