Summary:

When in Spectator mode in 1.19.30, the player's head and nametag are visible to those NOT in spectator mode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new world with cheats and spectator mode on.
2. Have a second player join.
3. Place one player in spectator mode - "/gamemode spectator playername"

Observed results:
The player(s) not in spectator mode can see the floating spectator's head and nametag.

Expected results:
The player(s) not in spectator mode don't see the spectator's head or their nametag as they are invisible.
