Unable to cross platform in minecraft preview from x box to windows 10pc. It did work but recently unable to do so with my friend playing on windows 10 pc

Cant find why not working anymore 

Please help on this 

Hi issue just in minecraft preview only normal minecraft can cross plstform. Issue not resolved some bug causing the issue
